တရုတ်နိုင်ငံက ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှု တိုးချဲ့ရန် နိုင်ငံတော်ဘဏ္ဍာရေးယန္တရားများမှတစ်ဆင့် ယွမ်ဘီလီယံ ၈၀၀ ထုတ်ပေး

တရုတ်နိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ် မူဝါဒအသစ်အခြေခံသော နိုင်ငံတော်ဘဏ္ဍာရေးယန္တရားအရ အောက်တိုဘာ ၂၈ ရက်အထိ ယွမ်ဘီလီယံ ၈၀၀ (အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ ၁၁၉ ဘီလီယံခန့်) ထုတ်ပေးခဲ့ပြီးဖြစ်ရာ  ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုများအား ထိရောက်စွာ တိုးချဲ့လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်မည့် အဓိကစီမံကိန်းများထံ ရန်ပုံငွေများ စီးဆင်းစေခဲ့ကြောင်း မူဝါဒဆိုင်ရာ ဘဏ်ကြီး သုံးခုထံမှ သိရသည်။

တရုတ်နိုင်ငံဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးဘဏ်က  ယွမ် ၃၆၅ ဘီလီယံ ကို ခွဲဝေပေးခဲ့ရာ စုစုပေါင်း ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှု ယွမ်ငွေ ၅.၅ ထရီလီယံတန်ဖိုးရှိသော စီမံကိန်းများတွင်ပါဝင်နိုင်ခဲ့သည်။ တရုတ်ပို့ကုန်သွင်းကုန်ဘဏ် (Export-Import Bank of China) ကမူ ယွမ်ဘီလီယံ ၁၂၀ ကို ခွဲဝေပေးခဲ့ရာ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှု ယွမ် ၁.၇ ထရီလီယံကျော်အတွက် အထောက်အပံ့ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပြီး၊ တရုတ်စိုက်ပျိုးရေးဖွံ့ဖြိုးမှုဘဏ် (Agricultural Development Bank of China) ကလည်း စုစုပေါင်း ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှု ယွမ် ၄.၃၉ ထရီလီယံခန့်ရှိသော စီမံကိန်းများအတွက် ယွမ် ၃၁၅ ဘီလီယံ ကို ခွဲဝေပေးခဲ့သည်။

အဆိုပါ နိုင်ငံတော် ဘဏ္ဍာရေးယန္တရားများသည် ဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ်စီးပွားရေး၊ ဉာဏ်ရည်တုနည်းပညာ (AI)၊ စားသုံးသူဆိုင်ရာ အခြေခံအဆောက်အအုံများနှင့် သယ်ယူပို့ဆောင်ရေး၊ စွမ်းအင်နှင့် မြေအောက် ပိုက်လိုင်းကွန်ရက် အဆင့်မြှင့်တင်မှုများ စသည့် မြို့ပြပြန်လည်ဆန်းသစ်ရေး ကြိုးပမ်းမှုများကို ဦးစားပေးလုပ်ဆောင်ရန် ယွမ် ဘီလီယံ ၅၀၀ ကို ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်တွင် ပထမဦးဆုံးအကြိမ် ထုတ်ပေးခဲ့သည်။  ယခုနှစ် အစိုးရ၏ လုပ်ငန်းအစီရင်ခံစာတွင် ပုဂ္ဂလိက ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုများကို ပိုမိုဆွဲဆောင်ရေးအတွက် ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ် ခွဲဝေမှုကို ယွမ်ဘီလီယံ ၈၀၀ အဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

China issues 800 bln yuan via financial instruments to expand investment

BEIJING, Oct. 28 (Xinhua) -- China has completed the issuance of 800 billion yuan (about 119 billion U.S. dollars) under its 2026 new policy-based financial instruments as of Wednesday, channeling funds to key projects to expand effective investment, according to three policy banks.

The China Development Bank allocated 365 billion yuan, involving projects with a total investment of 5.5 trillion yuan, and the Export-Import Bank of China allocated 120 billion yuan, helping leverage over 1.7 trillion yuan in investment, while the Agricultural Development Bank of China allocated 315 billion yuan, featuring projects with a total investment of around 4.39 trillion yuan.

First launched in 2025 with an allocation of 500 billion yuan, these instruments prioritize the digital economy, artificial intelligence (AI), consumer infrastructure, and urban renewal endeavors such as transport, energy and underground pipe network upgrades. This year's government work report set the 2026 allocation at 800 billion yuan to attract more private capital.

A large share of the funds went to AI and the digital economy. The China Development Bank allocated 179.01 billion yuan to projects in AI, the digital economy, green and low-carbon development, biomedicine and consumption.

The Export-Import Bank of China supported more than 220 projects in emerging sectors like the digital economy and AI, with loans to these fields accounting for nearly half of its total allocation.
