တရုတ်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီ (CPC) ဗဟိုကော်မတီ၏ လေးရက်ကြာ မျက်နှာစုံညီအစည်းအဝေးကို အောက်တိုဘာ ၂၆ ရက်က ပေကျင်းမြို့တွင် စတင်ကျင်းပခဲ့ကာ ပါတီကိုယ်ပိုင်စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု ခိုင်မာအားကောင်းရေးနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ အဓိကထား ဆွေးနွေးလျက်ရှိကြောင်း သိရသည်။

အဆိုပါအစည်းအဝေးသည် သမ္မတရှီကျင့်ဖိန်အား ဗဟိုပြုသော ပါတီဗဟိုကော်မတီအနေဖြင့် အပြည့်အဝဖြစ်၍ တင်းကျပ်သော ကိုယ်ပိုင်စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုဖြင့် ပါတီပိုမိုခိုင်မာအားကောင်းလာစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်သည့် လတ်တလော အစီအစဉ်တစ်ရပ်လည်းဖြစ်သည်။

အပြည့်အဝဖြစ်၍ တင်းကျပ်သည့် ကိုယ်ပိုင်စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု ကျင့်သုံးခြင်းသည် ပါတီအတွက် ရေရှည်တည်တံ့သည့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တစ်ရပ်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း CPC ဗဟိုကော်မတီ အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ်လည်းဖြစ်သူ ရှီက အလေးထားပြောကြားထားသည်။

“သံကိုထုရိုက်ချင်ရင် ကိုယ်ကိုယ်တိုင်က အလွန်သန်မာနေဖို့လိုတယ်” ဟု CPC ဗဟိုကော်မတီ အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ်အဖြစ် ၂၀၁၂ ခုနှစ် နိုဝင်ဘာလတွင် ရွေးချယ်တင်မြှောက်ခံရပြီးနောက် ရှီက ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ ထို့နောက်တွင်လည်း ရှီက အဂတိလိုက်စားမှုကို အထိန်းအကွပ်မဲ့စွာ ဆက်လက်ကြီးထွားခွင့်ပြုပါက ပါတီရော နိုင်ငံပါ ပျက်စီးခြင်း ကိန်းဆိုက်နိုင်သည်ဟု CPC ဗဟိုကော်မတီ နိုင်ငံရေးဗျူရို အစုအဖွဲ့လိုက်လေ့လာသုံးသပ်ရေး အစည်းအဝေးတစ်ခု၌ သတိပေးပြောဆိုခဲ့ဖူးသည်။

ရှီက ၂၀၁၄ ခုနှစ်တွင်  အတန်သင့်ကြွယ်ဝချမ်းသာသော လူမှုအဖွဲ့အစည်း တည်ဆောက်ရေး၊ ပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲမှုများ နက်နက်ရှိုင်းရှိုင်း လုပ်ဆောင်ရေးနှင့် ဥပဒေအခြေပြု စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုစနစ်  မြှင့်တင်ဖော်ဆောင်ရေးတို့နှင့်အတူ ပါတီ၏ မဏ္ဍိုင်လေးရပ် စီမံခန့်ခွဲရေးမဟာဗျူဟာ၏ တစ်စိတ်တစ်ဒေသအဖြစ် "အပြည့်အဝဖြစ်၍ တင်းကျပ်သော ပါတီကိုယ်ပိုင်စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု" ဟူသော အယူအဆကို အတိအလင်း အဆိုပြုခဲ့သည်။

Xi Focus: Xi leads CPC to advance full, rigorous self-governance

BEIJING, Oct. 26 (Xinhua) -- The Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee on Monday started a four-day plenary session in Beijing, which focuses on strengthening Party self-governance.

This marks the latest move by the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping at its core to strengthen the Party through full and rigorous self-governance.

Xi, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, has emphasized that exercising full and rigorous self-governance is an enduring task for the Party.

"One has to be very strong if he wants to strike the iron," Xi said shortly after his election to the post of general secretary of the CPC Central Committee in November 2012. He later warned at a group study session of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee that if corruption is allowed to grow unchecked, "it could spell the end of both the Party and the state."

As China entered the new era, the CPC, the largest governing party in the world, faced unprecedented challenges in ensuring reform, development and stability, and addressing problems and risks confronting the nation.

Xi has stressed that China's success hinges on the Party, and has made clear that the CPC must continuously strengthen itself through self-governance.

In 2014, he explicitly put forward the concept of "exercising full and rigorous Party self-governance" as part of the Party's four-pronged governing strategy, alongside building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, deepening reform and advancing law-based governance.

He has made full and rigorous Party self-governance a long-term strategy, as he considers it vital to the Party's long-term governance, the country's enduring stability, and the people's happiness and well-being.
