၁၉၄၅ နှစ်တွင် “ကုလသမဂ္ဂ ပဋိညာဉ်စာတမ်း” စတင်အသက်ဝင်မှု အထိမ်းအမှတ်အား ဂုဏ်ပြုသောအားဖြင့် အောက်တိုဘာ ၂၄ ရက်၌ “ကုလသမဂ္ဂနေ့” အဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ခဲ့သည်။
မကြာသေးမီနှစ်များအတွင်း အခမ်းအနားများစွာ၌ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ သမ္မတ ရှီကျင့်ဖိန်က တရုတ်နိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် ကုလသမဂ္ဂအား ဗဟိုပြုသည့် နိုင်ငံတကာစနစ်ကို ထောက်ခံအားပေးကြောင်း ထပ်လောင်းပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီး ကုလသမဂ္ဂ၏ အခွင့်အာဏာအား ကာကွယ်ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်၊ စစ်မှန်သော နိုင်ငံစုံ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုကို လက်တွေ့ကျင့်သုံးရန်၊ “ကုလသမဂ္ဂ ပဋိညာဉ်စာတမ်း” ရည်ရွယ်ချက်နှင့် အခြေခံမူအား လိုက်နာစောင့်ထိန်းသိမ်းရန် တိုက်တွန်းခဲ့သည်။
အောက်ဖော်ပြပါများမှာ ရှီ၏ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ပြောကြားချက်များမှ အဓိကအချက်များဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Xiplomacy: Xi's remarks on upholding authority, role of UN
BEIJING, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) -- Saturday marks United Nations Day, commemorating the anniversary of the UN Charter's entry into force in 1945.
On multiple occasions in recent years, Chinese President Xi Jinping has reiterated China's support for the international system with the United Nations at its core, and called for upholding the authority of the United Nations, practicing true multilateralism, and observing the purposes and principles of the UN Charter.
The following are some highlights of his remarks.

At the 18th BRICS Summit in New Delhi, India, Xi said all countries, regardless of their size, strength or wealth, are equal members of the international community.
"Global South countries should hold high the banner of multilateralism, uphold the authority and role of the United Nations, support multilateral institutions in advancing reform and increasing efficiency, and ensure the equal participation of all countries in international affairs," he said.
