တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ၏ ခေတ်မီအသွင်ပြောင်းမှု တည်ငြိမ်ခိုင်မာစွာ ဆက်လက်တိုးတက်နိုင်ရေးအတွက် အေးချမ်းသာယာသော တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ အစီအမံကို မြှင့်တင်ဖော်ဆောင်ကြရန် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ သမ္မတ ရှီကျင့်ဖိန်က တိုက်တွန်းပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

တရုတ်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီ (CPC) ဗဟိုကော်မတီ အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ်နှင့် ဗဟိုစစ်ကော်မရှင် ဥက္ကဋ္ဌလည်းဖြစ်သူ ရှီက ယင်းအစီအမံနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ မကြာမီက လမ်းညွှန်မှာကြားချက်တစ်ရပ်တွင် အထက်ပါအတိုင်း ထည့်သွင်းပြောကြားခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။

၂၀၁၂ ခုနှစ်တွင် CPC ၁၈ ကြိမ်မြောက် နိုင်ငံလုံးဆိုင်ရာကွန်ဂရက် ကျင်းပပြီးချိန်မှစ၍ ဘေးကင်းလုံခြုံသော တရုတ်နိုင်ငံတည်ဆောက်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များတွင် သိသာထင်ရှားသည့် တိုးတက်မှုများ ရရှိခဲ့ပြီး ယခုအခါ ကမ္ဘာပေါ်တွင် ဘေးကင်းလုံခြုံမှုအရှိဆုံး နိုင်ငံတစ်နိုင်ငံအဖြစ် ရပ်တည်လျက်ရှိကြောင်း ရှီက ၎င်း၏လမ်းညွှန်မှာကြားချက်၌ ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

နိုင်ငံတော်လုံခြုံရေးအတွက် ဘက်စုံထောင့်စုံမှ ချဉ်းကပ်မှုကို မမှိတ်မသုန် ဆောင်ရွက်သွားရန်နှင့် ယင်းကဏ္ဍ၌ ပါတီ၏ အလုံးစုံဦးဆောင်မှုကို ခိုင်မာစွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းမြှင့်တင်သွားရန် ၎င်းက အလေးပေးပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

ထို့ပြင် နိုင်ငံပိုမိုလုံခြုံရေး၊ လူမှုအသိုက်အဝန်း ပိုမိုစည်းစနစ်တကျရှိရေး၊ စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုစနစ်  ပိုမိုထိရောက်အားကောင်းရေးနှင့် ပြည်သူလူထု ပိုမိုစိတ်ချမ်းသာမှု ရရှိရေးအတွက် နိုင်ငံတော်လုံခြုံရေးနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးကို တစ်ပြိုင်နက် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရန်၊ ဥပဒေရေးရာ အခြေခံအုတ်မြစ်များ ခိုင်မာအားကောင်းစေရန်၊ သိပ္ပံနှင့် နည်းပညာကို ထိထိရောက်ရောက် အသုံးချရန်၊ သက်ဆိုင်ရာကဏ္ဍအသီးသီး၌ ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာနိုင်သည့် ဘေးအန္တရာယ်အမျိုးမျိုးကို ကြိုတင်ကာကွယ်တားဆီးရန်လည်း ၎င်းက တိုက်တွန်းခဲ့သည်။

သမ္မတ ရှီ၏ လမ်းညွှန်မှာကြားချက်ကို အဆိုပါအစီအမံနှင့် စပ်လျဉ်း၍ ပေကျင်းမြို့တွင် စက်တင်ဘာ ၂၈ ရက်က ကျင်းပသည့် လုပ်ငန်းညှိနှိုင်းအစည်းအဝေးတွင် ထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

အဆိုပါအစည်းအဝေးသို့ CPC ဗဟိုကော်မတီ နိုင်ငံရေးဗျူရိုအဖွဲ့ဝင်နှင့် CPC ဗဟိုကော်မတီ နိုင်ငံရေးနှင့် ဥပဒေရေးရာကော်မရှင် အကြီးအကဲ ချန်ဝန်ချင်း တက်ရောက်ကာ အမှာစကားပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

'အေးချမ်းသာယာသော တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ အစီအမံ' သည် ကမ္ဘာတစ်ဝန်း အသိအမှတ်ပြုမှုများ ရရှိခဲ့သည့် ရလဒ်များကို ဖြစ်ထွန်းစေခဲ့ကာ လုံခြုံရေးဟူသည်မှာ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ၏ စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုစနစ်အတွက် ထင်ရှားသော ဝိသေသလက္ခဏာတစ်ရပ် ဖြစ်လာပြီဟု ၎င်းက မှတ်ချက်ပြုခဲ့သည်။

Xi stresses advancing Peaceful China Initiative to safeguard Chinese modernization

BEIJING, Sept. 28 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping has urged efforts to advance the Peaceful China Initiative to a higher level to ensure steady and sustained progress in Chinese modernization.

Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks in his recent instruction on the initiative.

In his instruction, Xi stated that since the 18th CPC National Congress in 2012, significant progress has been made in building a safe China, making the country one of the safest in the world.

He emphasized efforts to resolutely pursue a holistic approach to national security and to uphold and strengthen the Party's overall leadership in this area.

He also called for efforts to both pursue development and safeguard security, strengthen the legal underpinning, leverage science and technology, and prevent and mitigate all kinds of risks in relevant fields, so as to continuously make the country safer, society more orderly, governance more effective, and the people more satisfied.

Xi's instruction was conveyed at a working conference on the initiative held Monday in Beijing.

Chen Wenqing, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and head of the Commission for Political and Legal Affairs of the CPC Central Committee, attended the conference and gave a speech.

He noted that the Peaceful China Initiative has produced results that have won worldwide recognition and safety has become a distinctive hallmark of China's governance.

Chen called for an approach that combines punishment and prevention to create synergy and urged greater efforts to advance the Peaceful China Initiative to a higher level.

Wang Xiaohong, a member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and minister of public security, pledged that the implementation will focus on key tasks, innovative methods and strengthened foundations at primary levels.

China is among the countries with the lowest rates of crime and homicide. A recently released Global Public Security Index Report (2025-2026) showed that the country topped the index with a score of 84.62 points.
