ဗီယက်နမ်ပညာသင်ဆုရကျောင်းသူ အသက်၃၃နှစ်အရွယ် Thai Thi Hai Yen သည် ကိုယ်တွင်းရောဂါဆိုင်ရာ တရုတ်တိုင်းရင်းဆေးပညာပါရဂူဘွဲ့အတွက် တက္ကသိုလ်၏ပထမတွဲဖက်ဆေးရုံမှ ပါမောက္ခ Chen Guozhong ၏ ကြီးကြပ်လမ်းညွှန်မှုအောက်တွင် လေ့လာသင်ယူရန် ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ် စက်တင်ဘာတွင် ကွမ်ရှီး တရုတ်တိုင်းရင်းဆေးတက္ကသိုလ် (GUCM) သို့ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့သည်။ တရုတ်ဘာသာစကားကို အချိန်တစ်နှစ်ကြာ လေးလေးနက်နက် လေ့လာပြီးနောက် ယခုနှစ် စက်တင်ဘာတွင် တရုတ်တိုင်းရင်းဆေးပညာ(TCM) ဘာသာရပ်များ စတင်သင်ယူနေပြီဖြစ်သည်။
Yen ၏ တရုတ်တိုင်းရင်းဆေးပညာအပေါ် စိတ်ပါဝင်စားမှုမှာ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံသို့မရောက်မီ အချိန်အတော်ကြာကတည်းက စတင်ခဲ့သည်။ ၎င်းသည် Da Nang ပြန်လည်ထူထောင်ရေးဆေးရုံတွင် အလုပ်မဝင်မီ ဗီယက်နမ်တိုင်းရင်းဆေးတက္ကသိုလ်မှ တရုတ်တိုင်းရင်းဆေးပညာဘွဲ့နှင့် မဟာဘွဲ့တို့ ရရှိခဲ့သည်။ ယခုအခါ ၎င်းသည် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံတွင် ဆေးကုသမှုဆိုင်ရာကျွမ်းကျင်မှု ပိုမိုထက်မြက်ကောင်းမွန်စေရန် အားထုတ်ကြိုးစား လေ့လာလျက်ရှိသည်။

Vietnamese student pursues TCM dream in S China's Guangxi
GUANGXI, Sept. 19 (Xinhua) -- Vietnamese scholar Thai Thi Hai Yen, 33, enrolled at Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine (GUCM) in September 2025 to pursue her doctoral degree in traditional Chinese internal medicine under the supervision of Professor Chen Guozhong from the university's First Affiliated Hospital. After one year of intensive Chinese language training, she officially commenced her professional traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) studies this September.
Yen's pursuit in TCM began long before her arrival in China. She obtained her bachelor's and master's degrees in TCM from Vietnam University of Traditional Medicine before she was employed by Da Nang Rehabilitation Hospital. She is now studying diligently to refine her clinical expertise in China.
"After earning my PhD, I plan to return to Da Nang Rehabilitation Hospital and integrate TCM with multidisciplinary rehabilitation therapies to achieve better treatment outcomes for my patients," Yen said.
A time-honored hub for TCM education and cultural exchange with ASEAN nations, GUCM capitalizes on its strengths in both TCM and distinctive Zhuang ethnic medicine. The university has been attracting ASEAN students, boosting professional exchanges, and facilitating China-ASEAN cooperation in traditional medicine and people-to-people connectivity.
