BRICS အဖွဲ့သည် ပိုမိုမျှတပြီး အားလုံးပါဝင်နိုင်သည့်၊ ကိုယ်စားပြုမှု ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သော နိုင်ငံတကာ စည်းစနစ်တစ်ရပ်ကို အားပေးမြှင့်တင်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် စစ်မှန်သော နိုင်ငံစုံပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုဝါဒနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာစည်းမျဉ်းများကို ထိန်းသိမ်းစောင့်ရှောက်ရာတွင် ပိုမိုအရေးပါသော အခန်းကဏ္ဍမှ ပါဝင်လျက်ရှိကြောင်း ကျွမ်းကျင်ပညာရှင်တစ်ဦးက ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
“BRICS က မိတ်ဖက်ဆက်ဆံမှု၊ ညှိနှိုင်းပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်မှုနဲ့ ဆွေးနွေးညှိနှိုင်းမှု နေရာတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါတယ်” ဟု အီသီယိုးပီးယားနိုင်ငံ Policy Studies Institute မှ အဆင့်မြင့်အကြံပေးပုဂ္ဂိုလ် Balew Demissie က မကြာသေးမီက ဆင်ဟွာသတင်းဌာနကို ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ “BRICS က တစ်ဖက်သတ်ဝါဒကို မဟုတ်ဘဲ နိုင်ငံစုံပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုဝါဒကို မြှင့်တင်ပေးနေတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်” ဟုလည်း ၎င်းက ဆိုသည်။
ထို့ပြင် BRICS အဖွဲ့အနေဖြင့် ကမ္ဘာလုံးဆိုင်ရာ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ချမှတ်မှုများတွင် နိုင်ငံတစ်နိုင်ငံတည်း သို့မဟုတ် အုပ်စုတစ်စုတည်းက လွှမ်းမိုးချုပ်ကိုင်ခြင်းမျိုးမရှိသော ကျယ်ပြန့်လှသော နိုင်ငံစုံ စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအတွင်းမှ သာတူညီမျှရှိမှု၊ အားလုံးပါဝင်မှု၊ ကိုယ်စားပြုမှုကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရာ၌ တစ်နေ့တစ်ခြား သိသာထင်ရှားသော အခန်းကဏ္ဍမှ ပါဝင်လျက်ရှိကြောင်း ၎င်းက ပြောခဲ့သည်။

Interview: BRICS key to Global South representation, scholar says
ADDIS ABABA, Sept. 12 (Xinhua) -- The BRICS is playing an increasingly important role in safeguarding genuine multilateralism and international rules by fostering a more balanced, inclusive and representative international order, an expert has said.
"BRICS is a venue for partnership, collaboration, and dialogue," Balew Demissie, a senior consultant at the Policy Studies Institute of Ethiopia, recently told Xinhua. "It promotes multilateralism, not unilateralism."
He said the group is playing an increasingly prominent role in "keeping the balance, inclusivity and representation" within the wider multilateral governance structure, where no single country or group dominates global decision-making.
"Rather than replacing existing global institutions, BRICS seeks to strengthen the principles of dialogue, sovereign equality, mutual respect and cooperation among nations," he said, adding that the group is more representative of and responsive to the interests and aspirations of the Global South, thereby contributing to a fairer and more genuinely multipolar world order.
