တရုတ်နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးနှင့် မွန်တီနီဂရိုးနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီး တွေ့ဆုံ

တရုတ်နိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် မွန်တီနီဂရိုးနိုင်ငံနှင့် လက်တွေ့ကျသော ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို တိုးချဲ့ပြီး နှစ်နိုင်ငံဆက်ဆံရေးကို ပိုမိုမြင့်မားသည့်အဆင့်သို့ မြှင့်တင်ရန် အသင့်ရှိကြောင်း တရုတ်နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီး ဝမ်ရိက အောက်တိုဘာ ၁၈ ရက်တွင် ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

တရုတ်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီ ဗဟိုကော်မတီ နိုင်ငံရေးဗျူရိုအဖွဲ့ဝင်လည်းဖြစ်သူ ဝမ်ရိသည် မွန်တီနီဂရိုးနိုင်ငံ မြို့တော် ပေါ့ဒ်ဂိုရစ်ဆာတွင် မွန်တီနီဂရိုး ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီး အာဗင် အီဘရာဟမ်မိုဗစ်နှင့် တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးစဉ် ထိုသို့ ပြောကြားခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။

တရုတ်နိုင်ငံနှင့် မွန်တီနီဂရိုးနိုင်ငံတို့သည် ပထဝီအနေအထားအရ ဝေးကွာနေသော်လည်း မိတ်ဆွေကောင်းများဖြစ်ကြကြောင်း ဝမ်ရိက ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် မွန်တီနီဂရိုး၏ လွတ်လပ်ရေးကို အသိအမှတ်ပြုကာ နှစ်နိုင်ငံ သံတမန်ဆက်ဆံရေး ထူထောင်ခဲ့သည့် ပထမဆုံးနိုင်ငံများအနက် တစ်နိုင်ငံဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ ယင်းမှာ မွန်တီနီဂရိုးနိုင်ငံအပေါ် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ၏ လေးစားမှုနှင့် နှစ်နိုင်ငံဆက်ဆံရေးအပေါ် အထူးအလေးထားမှုကို ဖော်ပြနေခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း ၎င်းက ဖြည့်စွက်ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

လွန်ခဲ့သည့် နှစ်ပေါင်း ၂၀ အတွင်း တရုတ်-မွန်တီနီဂရိုး ဆက်ဆံရေးသည် ကောင်းမွန်တည်ငြိမ်စွာ တိုးတက်လာခဲ့ပြီး နှစ်နိုင်ငံပြည်သူများအတွက် အကျိုးကျေးဇူးများ ဆောင်ကြဉ်းပေးနိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး နိုင်ငံအရွယ်အစား၊ နိုင်ငံအခြေအနေများနှင့် လူမှုစနစ်များ မတူညီသည့် နိုင်ငံများအကြား အပြန်အလှန်အကျိုးဖြစ်ထွန်းစေသော ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု၏ စံနမူနာတစ်ရပ်ကိုလည်း ဖော်ဆောင်နိုင်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း ၎င်းက ဆိုသည်။

တရုတ်နိုင်ငံနှင့် မွန်တီနီဂရိုးနိုင်ငံတို့သည် ဖက်ဆစ်ဝါဒဆန့်ကျင်ရေး သမိုင်းကြောင်းတူညီမှုရှိကြပြီး ကျူးကျော်တိုက်ခိုက်မှုများကို ရင်ဆိုင်ရာတွင် ကြံ့ကြံ့ခံနိုင်စွမ်းနှင့် အလျှော့မပေးသည့် အမျိုးသားရေးစိတ်ဓာတ်တို့လည်း တူညီမှုရှိကြောင်း၊ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် နာမည်ကျော် ယူဂိုဆလပ်ရုပ်ရှင်ဖြစ်သည့် “The Bridge” တွင် ပါဝင်ခဲ့သော တာရာမြစ်ကူးတံတားကို ပြန်လည်ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရာ၌  ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိကြောင်း၊ ယင်းတံတားက  နှစ်နိုင်ငံပြည်သူများ၏ နှလုံးသားများကိုလည်း ချိတ်ဆက်ပေးနိုင်မည်ဟု ယုံကြည်ကြောင်း ဝမ်ရိက ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

နှစ်နိုင်ငံ သံတမန်ဆက်ဆံရေး ထူထောင်ခဲ့သည့် နှစ် ၂၀ ပြည့် အထိမ်းအမှတ်ကို အခွင့်အလမ်းတစ်ရပ်အဖြစ် မှတ်ယူကာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ၏ အောင်မြင်မှုများကို ပြန်လည်သုံးသပ်ရေး၊ ထိုအခြေခံပေါ်မှတစ်ဆင့် နှစ်နိုင်ငံဆက်ဆံရေးကို ပိုမိုမြင့်မားသည့်အဆင့်သို့ တိုးမြှင့်ဖော်ဆောင်ရေးနှင့် လာမည့် နှစ်ပေါင်း ၂၀ အတွင်း နှစ်နိုင်ငံစလုံးအတွက် ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သည့် အနာဂတ်ကို ရှာဖွေဖော်ဆောင်ရေးအတွက်လည်း တရုတ်နိုင်ငံက အသင့်ရှိကြောင်း ဝမ်ရိက ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ (Xinhua)

Chinese FM holds talks with Montenegrin counterpart

PODGORICA, Oct. 18 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said here on Sunday that China is ready to expand practical cooperation and elevate ties with Montenegro to a higher level.

Wang, also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, made the remarks during talks with Montenegrin Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ervin Ibrahimovic in Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro.

Wang said China and Montenegro are good friends despite the geographical distance. China was among the first countries to recognize Montenegro's independence and establish diplomatic relations with it, demonstrating China's respect for Montenegro and the importance it attaches to bilateral ties, he added.

Over the past 20 years, China-Montenegro relations have maintained sound and steady development, bringing benefits to both peoples and setting an example of win-win cooperation between countries with different sizes, national conditions and social systems, Wang said.

Wang said both countries share a history of anti-fascism and a national spirit of resilience and defiance in the face of aggression, noting that China is helping restore the Tara River Bridge featured in the famous Yugoslav film "The Bridge," which he believes will also connect the hearts of the two peoples.

Wang said China is ready to take the 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations as an opportunity to review the success of bilateral cooperation, elevate bilateral ties to a higher level on that basis, and explore an even better future for both countries over the next 20 years.
