ဂျီနီဗာ၊ စက်တင်ဘာ ၉ ရက် (ဆင်ဟွာ)
တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ၏ ဆန်းကျန့်-ဟောင်ကောင်-ကွမ်ကျိုး အစုအဖွဲ့က ကမ္ဘာ့ထိပ်တန်း ဆန်းသစ်တီထွင်မှုအစုအဝေးအဖြစ် နှစ်နှစ်ဆက်တိုက် ဆက်လက်တည်ရှိနေဆဲဖြစ်ကြောင်း ကမ္ဘာ့ဉာဏပစ္စည်းဆိုင်ရာအဖွဲ့အစည်း (WIPO) မှ စက်တင်ဘာ ၈ ရက်၌ ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့သော အစီရင်ခံစာအရ သိရသည်။
ပေကျင်းက ပဉ္စမနေရာတွင် ရှိပြီး ရှန်ဟိုင်း-စူးကျိုး အစုအဖွဲ့က ဆဋ္ဌမနေရာ၌ ရှိကာ ကမ္ဘာ့ထိပ်တန်း ဆန်းသစ်တီထွင်မှု အစုအဖွဲ့ ၁၀၀ အနက် ၂၅ ခု ပါဝင်မှုဖြင့် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံက လေးနှစ်ဆက်တိုက် စာရင်းဝင် အစုအဖွဲ့အများဆုံး စီးပွားရေးအဖြစ် ၎င်း၏ ရပ်တည်မှုကို ဆက်လက်ထိန်းသိမ်းထားနိုင်ခဲ့ကြောင်းလည်း အစီရင်ခံစာ၌ ဖော်ပြထားသည်။
ကမ္ဘာလုံးဆိုင်ရာ ဆန်းသစ်တီထွင်မှု အညွှန်းကိန်း အစုအဖွဲ့ အစီအမံက တက္ကသိုလ်များ၊ သုတေသီများ၊ တီထွင်သူများ၊ စွန့်ဦးတီထွင်မှု အရင်းအနှီးနှင့် R&D အစီအစဉ်များကို စုစည်းပေးသည့် မြို့များနှင့် ဒေသများကို မြေပုံရေးဆွဲပြီး မူဝါဒရေးဆွဲသူများနှင့် စီးပွားရေးခေါင်းဆောင်များအား ဆန်းသစ်တီထွင်မှု ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်စေရေးအတွက် အခြေအနေများ ဖန်တီးပေးရန် အထောက်အကူပြုလျက်ရှိသည်။
တရုတ်နိုင်ငံနှင့် အမေရိကန်နိုင်ငံတို့သည် အစုအဖွဲ့ ၂၀ စီဖြင့် ကမ္ဘာ့ထိပ်တန်း ဆန်းသစ်တီထွင်မှု အစုအဖွဲ့ ၁၀၀ ၏ ထက်ဝက်နီးပါးကို ကိုယ်စားပြုသည်။ ဂျာမနီနိုင်ငံက အစုအဖွဲ့ ခုနစ်ခုဖြင့် ဒုတိယနေရာ၌ ရှိပြီး အိန္ဒိယနိုင်ငံနှင့် ဗြိတိန်နိုင်ငံတို့တွင် လေးခုစီ ရှိကြောင်း သိရသည်။
တရုတ်နိုင်ငံနှင့် အိန္ဒိယနိုင်ငံအပြင် အခြားအလယ်အလတ်ဝင်ငွေရှိသော စီးပွားရေးခြောက်ခုဖြစ်သည့် ဘရာဇီးနိုင်ငံ (ဆော်ပိုလိုမြို့)၊ အီဂျစ်နိုင်ငံ (ကိုင်ရိုမြို့)၊ အီရန်နိုင်ငံ (တီဟီရန်မြို့)၊ မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံ (ကွာလာလမ်ပူမြို့)၊ မက္ကဆီကိုနိုင်ငံ (မက္ကဆီကိုစီးတီးမြို့) နှင့် တူကီယဲနိုင်ငံ (အစ္စတန်ဘူလ်မြို့) တို့လည်း အဆိုပါထိပ်တန်း ၁၀၀ စာရင်းတွင် ပါဝင်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။
"တရုတ်အစုအဖွဲ့တွေက ယခုအခါ ကမ္ဘာလုံးဆိုင်ရာ ဆန်းသစ်တီထွင်မှုလုပ်ဆောင်ချက်ရဲ့ အစိတ်အပိုင်းကြီးကို သယ်ဆောင်ထားပြီး သူတို့ရဲ့ လမ်းကြောင်းကလည်း အတိုင်းအတာ၊ အမြန်နှုန်းနဲ့ ဦးတည်ရာဆိုတဲ့ အကြောင်းရင်းသုံးရပ်ကြောင့် အရေးပါတယ်" ဟု WIPO ၏ Composite Indicator Research Section အကြီးအကဲ Sacha Wunsch-Vincent က ဆင်ဟွာသတင်းဌာနသို့ ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

China's Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Guangzhou remains world's biggest innovation cluster: report
GENEVA, Sept. 8 (Xinhua) -- China's Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Guangzhou cluster remained the world's leading innovation cluster for the second consecutive year, according to a report released by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) on Tuesday.
China, with 25 of the world's top 100 innovation clusters, including Beijing in fifth place and the Shanghai-Suzhou cluster in sixth, maintained its position as the economy with the largest number of listed clusters for the fourth consecutive year, said the report.
The Global Innovation Index cluster initiative maps cities and regions that bring together universities, researchers, inventors, venture capital and R&D activities, helping policymakers and business leaders create conditions for innovation to flourish.
China and the United States, with 20 clusters, together account for nearly half of the world's top 100 innovation clusters. Germany follows with seven, while India and the United Kingdom have four each.
Apart from China and India, six other middle-income economies are represented in the top 100: Brazil (Sao Paulo), Egypt (Cairo), Iran (Tehran), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), Mexico (Mexico City) and Türkiye (Istanbul).
"Chinese clusters now carry a large part of global innovation activity, and their trajectory matters for three reasons: scale, speed and direction," Sacha Wunsch-Vincent, head of the Composite Indicator Research Section of WIPO, told Xinhua.
"The world's leading clusters are building blocks of national innovation ecosystems and show the importance of strong connections among research, enterprise, talent and investment. Their spread across regions reflects the increasing capacity of economies to translate innovation into economic and social impact," said WIPO Director General Daren Tang. ■
