တရုတ်နိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် လူ့အခွင့်အရေး ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်မှုစွမ်းဆောင်ရည်ကို ဘက်စုံတိုးမြှင့်ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိကြောင်း တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးသုတေသနအဖွဲ့အစည်းနှင့် နိုင်ငံအတွင်းရှိ အမျိုးသားလူ့အခွင့်အရေးပညာရေးနှင့် လေ့ကျင့်မှုအခြေစိုက်အဖွဲ့ ၂၀ ဖွဲ့တို့က ဇွန် ၅ ရက်တွင် ပူးတွဲထုတ်ပြန်သော အကဲဖြတ်အစီရင်ခံစာအရ သိရသည်။
အဆိုပါ အစီရင်ခံစာက ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ် စက်တင်ဘာလတွင် ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့သည့် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ အမျိုးသားလူ့အခွင့်အရေး လုပ်ငန်းအစီအစဉ် (၂၀၂၁-၂၀၂၅) အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်မှုကို အလေးထားဖော်ပြထားသည်။
တရုတ်နိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် ငါးနှစ်စီမံကိန်းလုပ်ငန်းအစီအစဉ်ကို အပြည့်အဝအကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ခဲ့ပြီးဖြစ်ကာ ချမှတ်ထားသော လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန် ၁၈၁ ခု အားလုံး ပြီးမြောက်အောင်မြင်မှုရှိခဲ့ကြောင်း အစီရင်ခံစာက ဖော်ပြထားသည်။
တရုတ်နိုင်ငံသည် အလွှာအသီးသီး၌ အတန်အသင့်ကြွယ်ဝပြည့်စုံသော လူမှုအဖွဲ့အစည်း တည်ဆောက်ရေး၊ အကြွင်းမဲ့ဆင်းရဲနွမ်းပါးမှု ပပျောက်ရေးကို ပြည့်မီအောင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းဖြင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုမှတစ်ဆင့် လူ့အခွင့်ရေးကိုလည်း အဆင့်မြှင့်တင်လျက်ရှိကြောင်း အစီရင်ခံစာ၌ မှတ်ချက်ပြုထားသည်။
ယခုအခါ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံသည် ကမ္ဘာ့အကြီးဆုံး ပညာရေး၊ လူမှုလုံခြုံရေးနှင့် ကျန်းမာရေးစောင့်ရှောက်မှုစနစ်များ ရှိသည်။ တစ်ချိန်တည်းတွင်ပင် အားလုံးပါဝင်သော ဘုံသာယာဝပြောမှုဆီသို့ ဦးတည်သည့် ခိုင်မာသော တိုးတက်မှုလည်း ရရှိခဲ့ကာ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံရှိ လူ့အခွင့်အရေး ဆက်လက်တိုးတက်မှုရှိစေရေးအတွက် ပိုမိုခိုင်မာအားကောင်းသည့် အဓိကအခြေခံအုတ်မြစ်လည်း ချမှတ်ပေးလျက်ရှိကြောင်း အစီရင်ခံစာ၌ ဖော်ပြထားသည်။
ထို့ပြင် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်းတစ်ရပ်လုံးပါဝင်သည့် ပြည်သူ့ဒီမိုကရေစီကို ဖော်ထုတ်လျက်ရှိကာ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးအတွက် တရားဝင်ကာကွယ်မှုကို ခိုင်မာအားကောင်းစေပြီး ပြည်သူများကိုယ်တိုင် နိုင်ငံတော်ကို ပါဝင်အုပ်ချုပ်ခြင်းဖြင့် စနစ်ကျသောအဖွဲ့အစည်းများကို အဆင့်မြှင့်တင်လျက်ရှိကြောင်း အစီရင်ခံ၌ အလေးထားဖော်ပြထားသည်။

China Focus: China strengthens human rights protection on all fronts
BEIJING, June 5 (Xinhua) -- China has comprehensively
bolstered its human rights protection capability, according to an evaluation
report jointly released on Friday by the China Society for Human Rights Studies
and 20 national human rights education and training bases in the country.
The report assesses the implementation of the National Human
Rights Action Plan of China (2021-2025), which was issued in September 2021.
China has fully implemented the five-year action plan,
accomplishing all 181 tasks outlined in it, the report says.
It notes that China has advanced human rights through
development, with the country completing the building of a moderately
prosperous society in all respects and eliminating absolute poverty.
China now has the world's largest education, social security
and healthcare systems. Meanwhile, solid progress has been made toward common
prosperity for all, laying a stronger material foundation for the continued
advancement of human rights in China, the report says.
It also highlights that China has been developing
whole-process people's democracy, strengthening legal protection for human
rights, and improving the system of institutions through which the people run
the country.
