လွှတ်တော်အသီးသီးတွင် လွှတ်တော်ကိုယ်စားလှယ် လစ်လပ်နေသော မဲဆန္ဒနယ်များအတွက် ကြားဖြတ်ရွေးကောက်ပွဲများကို ၂၀၂၇ ခုနှစ် ဧပြီ ၄ ရက်၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်မည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ပြည်ထောင်စုရွေးကောက်ပွဲကော်မရှင် (UEC) က နိုဝင်ဘာ ၅ ရက်၌ ထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာခဲ့သည်။
အဆိုပါ ကြားဖြတ်ရွေးကောက်ပွဲများတွင် ပြည်သူ့လွှတ်တော် မဲဆန္ဒနယ် ၃၄ နေရာ၊ အမျိုးသားလွှတ်တော် မဲဆန္ဒနယ် ၅ နေရာနှင့် တိုင်းဒေသကြီးလွှတ်တော် သို့မဟုတ် ပြည်နယ်လွှတ်တော် မဲဆန္ဒနယ် ၁၆ နေရာ ပါဝင်မည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ပြည်ထောင်စုရွေးကောက်ပွဲကော်မရှင်၏ ကြေညာချက်အရ သိရသည်။
စုစုပေါင်းမဲဆန္ဒနယ် ၅၅ နေရာစလုံးကို မဲအများဆုံးရသူ အနိုင်ယူစနစ် (FPTP) ဖြင့် ရွေးကောက်ပွဲကျင်းပသွားမည်ဟုလည်း ကြေညာချက်တွင် ဖော်ပြထားသည်။ (Xinhua)

Myanmar sets date for by-election
YANGON, Nov. 5 (Xinhua) -- Myanmar's Union Election Commission (UEC) has set April 4, 2027, as the date for a by-election to fill vacant seats in various parliaments, the commission announced on Thursday.
The by-election will cover 34 constituencies in the Pyithu Hluttaw (Lower House), five constituencies in the Amyotha Hluttaw (Upper House), and 16 constituencies in the Region/State Hluttaws.
All 55 constituencies will be contested under the first-past-the-post (FPTP) electoral system, according to the announcement.
