ပြန်လည်အဆင့်မြှင့်မွမ်းမံ တည်ဆောက်ထားသည့် ဟွမ်ကန်နယ်စပ်ဂိတ်ကို အောက်တိုဘာ ၁၂ ရက် ဒေသစံတော်ချိန် နံနက် ၆:၃၀ နာရီတွင် စတင်ဖွင့်လှစ်ခဲ့ပြီး တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ ဆန်းကျန့်မြို့နှင့် ဟောင်ကောင်အထူးအုပ်ချုပ်ခွင့်ရဒေသတို့အကြား နယ်စပ်ဖြတ်ကျော်ခရီးသွားလာမှု ပိုမိုမြန်ဆန်ချောမွေ့စေခဲ့ကြောင်းသိရသည်။
အဆင့်မြှင့်မွမ်းမံထားသည့်နယ်စပ်ဂိတ်သည် ဟောင်ကောင်နှင့်ဆန်းကျန့်တို့အကြား ၂၄ နာရီလုံးဖွင့်လှစ်ထားသည့် အရေးအကြီးဆုံး ကုန်းလမ်းနယ်စပ်စစ်ဆေးရေးဂိတ်ဖြစ်သည်။ ၎င်းဂိတ်၌ တစ်နေရာတည်းတွင် ပူးတွဲစစ်ဆေးသည့်စနစ်မှ ပူးပေါင်းစစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့်ပူးတွဲနယ်စပ်ဖြတ်သန်းခွင့်ပြုခြင်း စနစ်သစ်ဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိရာ ခရီးသွားများအနေဖြင့် တစ်နေရာတည်းတန်းစီခြင်းဖြင့်ပင် ဟောင်ကောင်နှင့် ဆန်းကျန့် နှစ်ဘက်စလုံး၏ လူဝင်မှုကြီးကြပ်ရေးစစ်ဆေးမှုများ တစ်ပြိုင်နက်တည်း ပြီးစီးနိုင်မည် ဖြစ်သည်။

ဟွမ်ကန်နယ်စပ်ဂိတ်မှတစ်ဆင့် ဟောင်ကောင်မှ ဆန်းကျန့်သို့ သွားရောက်သည့် ခရီးသည် မစ္စဝမ် က “သိပ်ကိုဆင်ပြေပြီး အလွန်ပဲမြန်ဆန်ပါတယ်” ဟု ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ ယခင်က နယ်စပ်ဖြတ်ကျော်ရန် ကြိုပို့ ဘတ်စ်ကားစီးရသောကြောင့် အချိန်အများကြီးကုန်ခဲ့ရကြောင်း ယခုအခါ တစ်နေရာတည်း၌ ပူးတွဲစစ်ဆေးသည့်စနစ်ကြောင့် ထိရောက်မြန်ဆန်မှုသိသိသာသာတိုးတက်လာကြောင်း ၎င်းက ဖြည့်စွက်ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
ဆန်းကျန့်မှ ဟောင်ကောင်သို့ အလည်အပတ်လာရောက်သည့် ခရီးသည် မစ္စတာ ချန် ကလည်း “နှစ်ဖက်စလုံးက အရာရှိတွေ တစ်နေရာတည်းမှာ အတူတကွအလုပ်လုပ်တာကြောင့် ခရီးသည်တွေဟာ ဟောင်ကောင်နဲ့ ဆန်းကျန့် နှစ်ဖက်စလုံးရဲ့ စစ်ဆေးမှုလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တွေကို တစ်ကြိမ်တည်းနဲ့ပြီးစီးနိုင်လို့ အလွန်ကိုထိရောက်မှုရှိပါတယ်” ဟု ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

Redeveloped port opens for easier cross-border travel between China's Shenzhen, Hong Kong
HONG KONG/SHENZHEN, Oct. 12 (Xinhua) -- The redeveloped Huanggang Port opened at 6:30 a.m. local time on Monday, streamlining cross-border passenger travel between China's Shenzhen and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
The redeveloped port is positioned as the most important 24-hour passenger land boundary control point between Hong Kong and Shenzhen. It operates under a co-location arrangement with a new "collaborative inspection and joint clearance" mode, allowing travelers to complete both Hong Kong and Shenzhen immigration clearance in a single queue.
Under this new clearance mode, clearance time will be significantly reduced from around 30 minutes at the original Lok Ma Chau/Huanggang Port to approximately five minutes.
The design flow of the redeveloped port is 200,000 passenger trips per day, and could be further increased to about 300,000 upon the future commissioning of the Northern Link Spur Line of Hong Kong's MTR Corporation Limited.
The port has 134 "collaborative inspection" automated channels and 68 traditional manual counters set up side by side. In addition to the automated channels, travelers can also clear customs using the manual counters.
"It is very convenient and extremely fast," Ms. Wong, a traveler heading from Hong Kong to Shenzhen via Huanggang Port, said, adding that crossing the border previously required taking a shuttle bus, which was very time-consuming, but the new co-location arrangement has significantly improved efficiency.
"Officers from both sides work in the same area, allowing travelers to complete clearance procedures for both Hong Kong and Shenzhen in one go, which is highly efficient," Mr. Chen, a tourist visiting Hong Kong from Shenzhen, said.
The original Huanggang Port, which opened in 1989, was China's first large-scale land port with 24-hour clearance. It has served hundreds of millions of travelers, with daily passenger traffic peaking at over 60,000 and daily vehicle traffic reaching around 10,000.
