ကမ္ဘာ့တောင်ဘက်ခြမ်းနိုင်ငံများအနေဖြင့် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ၏ အတွေ့အကြုံကို အသုံးချ၍ လျင်မြန်သော ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုဆိုင်ရာ ထိုးဖောက်အောင်မြင်မှုများ ရယူနိုင်ပါက ၎င်းတို့၏ ပြည်တွင်းစိန်ခေါ်မှုများကို ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်စွာ ကိုင်တွယ်ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်မည်ဟု ရုရှားဖက်ဒရေးရှင်း ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီ (CPRF) ဒုတိယဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဒီမစ်ထရီ နိုဗစ်ကော့ဗ်က ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
"ကမ္ဘာ့တောင်ဘက်ခြမ်းတစ်ခုလုံးဟာ တရုတ်ရဲ့အတွေ့အကြုံနှင့်အညီ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်လာလေ၊ ပြည်သူအားလုံး ပိုမိုကြီးမားတဲ့ယုံကြည်မှုနှင့် လုံခြုံမှုရှိစွာ နေထိုင်နိုင်ပြီး ပိုမိုတောက်ပသော အနာဂတ်ကို ဆုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သည့် ကမ္ဘာကြီးကို မိမိတို့အနေနဲ့ ပိုမိုဖော်ဆောင်နိုင်လေဖြစ်မှာပါ" ဟု နိုဗစ်ကော့ဗ်က ဆင်ဟွာသတင်းဌာနနှင့် မကြာသေးမီက ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သော အင်တာဗျူးတွင် ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
တရုတ်နိုင်ငံသည် မတူညီသောနိုင်ငံများ၏ နိုင်ငံအခြေအနေများ၊ ကမ္ဘာ့အသိုက်အဝန်း၏ ဘုံအကျိုးစီးပွားများနှင့် ကိုက်ညီသော ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှု ပုံစံများဆိုင်ရာ အားလုံးပါဝင်နိုင်သည့် ဆွေးနွေးပွဲကို ထောက်ခံအားပေးကြောင်း ၎င်းက ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ ထို့ပြင် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ၏ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုအတွေ့အကြုံ၊ အထူးသဖြင့် ကမ္ဘာ့စီးပွားရေးတွင် နက်ရှိုင်းစွာ ပေါင်းစည်းနေသော်ငြားလည်း ခိုင်မာသော စီးပွားရေးတိုးတက်မှုကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရေး၊ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ၏အောင်မြင်မှုများ နောက်ကွယ်ရှိ တောင့်တင်းခိုင်မာသော အဖွဲ့အစည်းဆိုင်ရာနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုဆိုင်ရာ ဆင်ခြင်တွေးခေါ်မှုစနစ်ကို ဖော်ညွှန်းပြသလျက်ရှိသည်ဟု ၎င်းက ထပ်လောင်းပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
"ဒီလိုအတွေ့အကြုံမျိုးက အခြားနိုင်ငံတွေရဲ့ အခြေအနေတွေကနေ လေ့လာသင်ယူဖို့နဲ့ လက်ခံကျင့်သုံးဖို့ အလွန်ပဲထိုက်တန်လှပါတယ်" ဟု နိုဗစ်ကော့ဗ်က အလေးထားပြောကြားသည်။
ထို့ပြင် တရုတ်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီ (CPC) ၏ အခန်းကဏ္ဍနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ ပါတီ၏ ၁၀၅ နှစ်ကြာ သမိုင်းကြောင်းတစ်လျှောက် CPC အနေဖြင့် တရုတ်ပြည်သူများအား တရုတ်အမျိုးသားတို့၏ မဟာ ပြန်လည်အားသစ်လောင်းရေးကို လျှောက်လှမ်းရာ၌ ဦးဆောင်ဦးရွက်ပြုခဲ့သည်ဟု နိုဗစ်ကော့ဗ်က ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
ဆင်းရဲနွမ်းပါးမှု ပပျောက်ရေးနှင့် ကမ္ဘာလုံးဆိုင်ရာ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးအတွက် CPC ၏ ပံ့ပိုးကူညီမှုကိုလည်း ၎င်းက အလေးထားပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီး တရားမျှတ၍ တန်းတူညီမျှဖြစ်သော နိုင်ငံတကာ ဆက်ဆံရေးကို မြှင့်တင်ခြင်းနှင့် အားလုံးပါဝင်နိုင်သော ကမ္ဘာ့ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးကို မြှင့်တင်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ပါတီမှာ မရှိမဖြစ် နိုင်ငံတကာ အခန်းကဏ္ဍမှ ပါဝင်လျက်ရှိသည်ဟု ဆိုသည်။ (Xinhua)

China's development experience a model for Global South, says Russian communist party leader
MOSCOW, Aug. 17 (Xinhua) -- If Global South countries can draw on China's experience to achieve rapid development breakthroughs, they can better address their domestic challenges, said Dmitry Novikov, deputy chairman of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF).
"The faster the entire Global South develops in line with China's experience, the sooner we will foster a world where all people can live with greater confidence and security and embrace a brighter future," Novikov told Xinhua in a recent interview.
He said that China advocates inclusive dialogue on development models that suit different countries' national conditions and the common interests of the global community. He added that China's development experience, particularly its ability to maintain robust economic growth despite deep integration into the global economy, demonstrates the sound institutional and developmental logic underlying its achievements.
"Such experience is well worth learning from and adapting to the circumstances of other countries," Novikov stressed.
On the role of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Novikov said that over its 105-year history, the CPC has led the Chinese people in pursuing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
He highlighted the CPC's contribution to poverty eradication and global development, saying that the party has played an indispensable international role by promoting fair and equitable international relations and advancing inclusive global development.
